Laboratories PPIT, PLIT or PPS



Laboratories are intended for conducting of vertification, regulation works and short maintenance of various measuring tools in places of their operation and can be mounted on the base of both beach wagons Fiat Ducato, Ford Transit, and lorries KAMAZ, URAL, GAZ.

Laboratories are equipped with necessary systems for life support (heating, ventilation, conditioning) and can be equipped with autonomous energy systems. Configuration of PPIT, PLIT or PPS depends on destination of laboratory and is completed in accordance with technical mission, coordinated with the customer.

Laboratories can provide conducting of measuring tools vertification works of radio aids, electrical values, pressure and depression, medical supplies, mass vertifications, volume and consumption, as well as other work types for the constant maintenance and technical service of vertifications.

Mobile workshop MW PMT-1



Workshop is intended for technical service, diagnosis, short and medium maintenance of special devices, built-in and weapons and military equipment of army PMT. Produced on chassis of URAL, KAMAZ, GAZ.

When deploying MW PMT-1 can be equipped following working areas:

  • for conducting electrotechnical works;
  • for maintenance and diagnosis of PMT
  • for conducting painting works;
  • for conducting metalwork works;
  • for calibrating military monitoring instruments
  • - for maintenance of devices and sets of special processing;
  • for charging batteries;
  • for conducting welding operations.

Mobile hydraulic system MHS200/260


 Mobile hydraulic system (MHS200/260) is intended for supply, refueling and pressure test of hydraulic systems of FM with working fluid while their terrestrial development test, as well as for supercharging of hydraulic tanks of FM with nitrogen and power supply of hydraulic systems of FM. MHS 200/260 provides:
  1. working fluid supply of one or simultaneously two hydraulic systems of FM;
  2. refueling of hydraulic systems of FM with working fluid;
  3. pressure test of hydraulic systems of FM with working fluid;
  4. supercharging of hydraulic tanks of FM with nitrogen;
  5. power supply of hydraulic systems of FM with a direct current;
  6. pour of working fluid, when unserviceable, from main and supportive hydro-systems and their flushing with nitrogen, supplying from cylinders MHI 200/260;
  7. closed fueling of the main tank by the way of its swapping from can with a forcer or from refueler with special fluids (RSF-66 or analogs);
  8. filling suction or pressure hydrolines of main hydro-systems with working fluid;
  9. cyclization of working fluid of main hydro-systems;
  10. removing gas from working fluid of main hydro-systems;
  11. heating of working fluid in main hydro-systems;
  12. sampling of working fluid from main hydro-systems for defining the class of purity.

Mobile hydraulic service (MHS200/260) is intended for supply, refueling and pressure test of hydraulic systems of airplanes with working fluid while their terrestrial development test, as well as for supercharging of hydraulic tanks with nitrogen and power supply of hydraulic systems.

MHS-200/260 provides:

As a working fluid in a plant AMG-10 or 7-50s-3 fluids can be used.

Command and staff vehicle CSV


Command and staff vehicle CSV is intended for providing autonomus work of operational staff in the field and is mounted on vehicle van body on the base of vehicle chassis KAMAZ-43118.

Resting vehicle RV is intended for operational staff's rest in the field and is mounted in vehicle van body on the base of vehicle chassis KAMAZ-43114.

Van bodies of vehicles correspond to climatic modification UHL1 GOST 15150-69 and are designed for operation at ambient air temperature from 50⁰С to -50⁰С in temperate zones.
Vehicles can be equipped with different facilities upon request of the customer.

SYSTEM OF AVIATION LINE MAINTENANCE SLM


 
System of aviation line maintenance is intended for diagnosis and maintenance of typical combat and operational damages of various type aircrafts elements, at transportable and stationary use cases. Works under way must be conducted in the volume, allowable operational and maintenance documentation on aircraft under troop circumstances. The system includes four laboratories:

SLM-NIT – ystem of line maintenance for defecating and control of executed works quality with use of non-destructive inspection techniques. Checkout gear, devices and measuring equipment of laboratory provide detection of defects, diagnosis and regeneration quality control with use of the following non-destructive assay techniques:
  • optical-visual;
  • magnetic-particle;
  • vortex-current;
  • liquid penetrant testing;
  • ultrasonic;
  • impedance (acoustic)
SLM-PB – system of line maintenance of rotor system elements (propellers and blades) AF. Maintenance equipment, instrument and gears of laboratory provide conducting the following types of work:
  • disassembly-assembly, as well as on high volcanic aggregate and nodes of AF (blades, propellers and so on.);
  • removal of damaged elements of structure and separate compartments;
  • preparation and storage of ground, slops, glues, sealers and filling pastes;
  • riveting;
  • glue and painting works;
  • metalwork-electrical works;
  • vertification of de-icing systems and longeron damage alarm system;
  • longitudinal balance of propeller carrying blades and balance of tail propeller of helicopter.
SLM-EKP – for maintenance of nonbearing elements of frame construction, pipelines, actuating rod, cable circuit and so on. Maintenance equipment, instrument and gears provide conducting the following types of work:
  • disassembly-assembly;
  • turn-mill;
  • metal-metalwork;
  • non-metal-metalwork, as well as compositional materials;
  • drilling;
  • riveting;
  • sheet metal;
  • arc and plasma-arc welding and cutting of black and color metals;
  • cable-rope;
  • expander;
  • leakage test of pipelines pneuma- and hydro-systems;
  • press-pipe bending.
SLM-PLC – system of line maintenance for restoration of paint, laquer and stealth technology coating and vitrification. Maintenance equipment, instrument and gears provide conducting the following types of work:
  • preparation and storage of ground, slops and enamels;
  • preparation and storage of stealth technology coating;
  • painting works;
  • vitrification metalwork;
  • vulcanizing-glue;
  • grinded and polished;
  • maintenance of inboard electricity and intrablock assebling cables.
Production facilities of System are placed in two vehicle van bodies K4.5350 on chassis KAMAZ 5350 (laboratories SLM-NIT and SLM-PB) and two KP8 on trailer-chassis ChMZAP-8335.3 (laboratories SLM-EKP and SLM-PLC), as well as System set includes two quick-mounting heat tents.

Control repair laboratory KRL


CRL-AE is intended for radiation and navigation equipment with electric power plant of a type ESD-30/400.

CRL-PMW is intended for conducting metalwork-mechanical works on a glider and equipment of aircrafts and helicopters.

CRL-EC (AE) is intended for conducting in-the-field maintenance works and repairs on aggregates of helicopters and aircraft engines.

CRL-AS is intended for conducting in-the-field maintenance works of instrumental, oxygen and altitude equipment and aggregates of aircraft and helicopter electronic mechanization.

CRL-AS-E is intended for conducting in-the-field maintenance of electronics and microelectronics, as well as charge, service support and maintenance of aircrafts and helicopters onboard batteries.

CRL-MS is intended for conducting maintenance works and repair of avionic electronics, radio altimeter, and their antenna systems, recorders and voice information reporting systems, compass locators, marker beacon receiver and their antenna systems.

CRL-MSS is intended for conducting Doppler velocity and drift gauge and their antenna systems, radio communication and other airborne avionics.

Mobile station for measuring instruments calbiration MSMIC


MSMIC is intended for conducting different types of metrology service group works in a vertification of measuring instruments (MI), exploiting units of Customer in permanent deployment places, as well as diagnosing, accounting, storage and cataloging of data received about measuring instruments with the help of specialized computer software (SW).

Mobile station will provide conducting of the following works:

  • - calibration of radio-technical and radioelectronic values measuring instruments;
  • - calibration of electrical and magnetic values measuring instruments;
  • - calibration of pressure and depression measuring instruments;
  • - calibration of medical purpose measuring instruments;
  • - mass calibration;
  • - calibration of stream, level, value and substance consumption of measuring instruments;
  • - calibration of special use measuring instruments;
  • - other types of work of running maintenance and technical service of measuring instruments.

System is designed for operation in temperate zones under conditions:

  • - temperature range of ambient air– from minus 40 °С to 50 °С (measurement error no more than 1 °С);
  • - high humidity (98±2) % at temperature (35±2) °C;
  • - low air pressure no more than 60 kPa;
  • - precipitation intensity no more than 180 mm/h;
  • - medium wind velocity no more than 25 m/s.

Special liquid refiller SLR


SLRМЗ is intended for filling up aircrafts in open and closed ways with synthetic and mineral oils, oil mixtures, hydraulic fluids and launching fuel (petrol).

Refiller МЗ can also conduct oil heating.

Custom vehicle can be mounted on the base of GAZ, URAL, KAMAZ chassis.

Snow ploughs DE-210BM, DE-22


Snow plough DE is intended for snow clearance from air-strips, taxiways, aircraft and helicopter parking space, access roads to port, highways, as well as for throwing away snow banks, formed by other snow ploughs.

Snow plough can work in all climatic zones at ambient air temperature up to minus 45оС. Operation of snow plough is recommended at thickness of snowpack or height of pack no less than 0, 7 m.

Snow ploughs can be mounted on the base of vehicles URAL, KAMAZ.

DE-210BM is designed by single-motor scheme, in which basic engine is transferred to the back side of vehicle. DE-226 is designed by two-motor scheme, which first engine is placed in proper location of vehicle, and second one under body hood, behind the cab..

Snow ploughs are additionally completed with loading flume and nozzle, placed on rotor casing, for restricting casting distance of snow when working near the objects. Blowout of snow can be made in left or right from vehicle.

Aviation electroconversion aggregates AEMG-50M1, AEMG-60/30M1


Aggregate AEMG-50М1 is intended for on-the-ground electrical starting of aircraft's engines in mode 24V and 24/48V, as well as for on-the-ground charge of electrical apparatus with direct current of 28,5V voltage, with single-phase alternating current of 115V voltage and 400Hz frequency and three-phase alternating current of 36V voltage, 400Hz.

Aggregate AEMG-60/30M1 is intended for charging consumers with three-phase alternating current of 400Hz frequency, 208V voltage and single-phase alternating current of 400Hz frequency and 120V voltage.

Aggregate works from three-phase alternating current mains of 50Hz frequency and 380V voltage with ungrounded neutral system.

Aggregate is designed for continuous work in all weather conditions at ambient air temperature from minus 500С to 500С and allows transportation by concrete and asphalt roads at 60 km/h speed, and by dirt, cobblestone and gravel roads at 30 km/h speed.
