Intermediate shaft 350-03-01-00


It is part of the transmission of the fan drive.

The intermediate shaft is designed to transfer torque from the car's transfer case to the fan. It connects both the driveshaft drives of the fan transmission.

It is part of the transmission of the fan drive.

It is designed for transferring the torque of the fan impeller through the pulley and V-belts to the fuel pump PNR-10PO.  

Heater UMP-350 350-10-08-00


Calorifer 350-10-08-00 is used in motor heaters UMP-350.

It carries out heat transfer to the air due to combustion of fuel.

The heater consists of three sections and a cylinder.

The sections of the air heater are made of high-quality heat-resistant steel.

The fuel-air mixture burns in a combustion chamber made of 2 mm thick sheet of heat-resistant steel in the form of two truncated cones connected at the base by a cylinder.

The heater 350-10-08-00 allows to ensure the air temperature at its outlet up to 120ºС, providing heat output up to 350 000 kcal / h.

Impeller fan 350-10-58-00 (for the fan 350-10-52-00)


The impeller is attached to the fan shaft. When the impeller rotates, the air is sucked into the heater by the fan. The impeller is placed inside the fan casing.

Universal mobile hydraulic plant UPG-300


Universal mobile hydraulic plant UPG-300М, mounted in a special body on chassis of vehicle URAL-4320, is intended for practice and check of aircraft's hydro-systems in aerodrome conditions at ambient air temperature from -45° to +45° both in supercharging (press up), and without supercharging of hydraulic tanks checking hydro-systems of aircrafts.

Unified engine heater UMP-350-131




Unified engine heater UMP-350-131 is located on a track chassis Ural-43206. It is intended for heating aircraft engine with hot air, heating cabins of aircrafts and helicopters at temperature of ambient air from +10°С to -55°С. The unit works at the height up to 2000 m above sea level and at relative humidity no more than 98%.

Construction of engine heater allows:

  • pass ambient air, preheated up to +80°С ÷ +115°С, at a speed up to 25 m/s;
  • perform heating with hot air of 4 aircrafts engines simultaneously and heat cabins of heavy aircrafts;
  • heat other objects with air, preheated up to + 50°С ÷ +75°С.

In summer ventilating fan is used without turning on preheater for venting cabins of aircrafts and other objects.

Unified gas-discharge station UGZS.M-KR (-AR; -VR) 



Unified gas-discharge station UGZS is intended for charging hardware systems with medical oxygen, nitrogen or air.

Depending on kind of gas, for running on which the station is prepared, marking is established:

  • UGZS.M-AR – for running at nitrogen gas;
  • UGZS.M-VR – for running at air;
  • UGZS.M-KR – for running at gaseous medical oxygen.

Equipment of station allows carrying out the following works:

  • charge of station from the inner source of compressed gas;
  • charge of hardware systems by station cylinders bypass and with the help of compressor;
  • gas pumping from station's one cylinder to the other.

UGZS station is serviced by two specialists: vehicle driver and operator-specialist, having passed special training.

Station is not intended for operation in explosive environment.

Thermal ice machine tmg-3А-01



TMG-3А-01 is intended for removing ice loading from artificial airfield surfaces and warning of uprising ice loading by drying them, as well as for implementation of special works.

Manufactured on the base of vehicles URAL, KAMAZ, KRAZ.

Principle of vehicle's action is based on the use of hot gases stream, coming out of nozzle of jet engine VK-1А with high speed pressure. Under the influence of gas stream on iced surface at negative air temperature ice melting occurs with partial evaporation and left water displacement aside.

Additional equipment of thermal machine is intended for decontamination, degasification and disinfection of airfield surfaces and technique.

Thermal machine TM-59MG



Thermal machine TM-59MG is intended for clearing ice loading from artificial airfield surfaces and warning about uprising of ice loading by drying them, as well as for conducting special works.

Produced on the base of tractor ORTЗ-150k.
