Electrotechnical laboratory ETL-10


Laboratory ETL-10 is intended for providing complex of trials and measurements of:

  • electrotechnical equipment and high voltage trials by mains to 10 kV;
  • insulating trial by mains frequency voltage to 100 kV;
  • search of places with damaged cable lines in distribution mains by voltage from 0,4 to 10 kV.

Special vehicle ETL-10 is a box van body special with equipment, placed on GAZ-3309 chassis.

Box van body is manufactured by «U» by GOST 15150-69 and is designed for operation in the same road-climatic conditions, as a vehicle’s chassis, thus in temperate zones at ambient air temperature from minus 40ºС to plus 40ºС, relative air humidity from 80% at temperature plus 25ºС.

Laboratory equipment is intended for work at temperature inside car from 10 ºС to 35 ºС and relative air humidity from 80%, at atmospheric pressure (630-800 mm Hg.).

Geophysical log-processing laboratory GLL


Laboratory GLL on the base of KAMAZ-5350 chassis is intended for delivery oil-and-gas extraction geophysical equipment to the wells, treatment in place of well inspection results, as well as residence for 3-4 days of gang (service personnel) up to 4 people in laboratory van body, providing with adequate comfort level when in-the-field operation, self-propelled transportation by the way, designed on the passing of vehicles with axle load up to 100kN (10kf), as well as in the place and conditions of impassability, in the same climatic zones, that are given for basic chassis.

Laboratory is designed for operation at ambient air temperature from minus 50 to plus 40ºС, relative air humidity to 75% at temperature plus 15ºС, low atmospheric pressure, relevant altitude to 4000m above sea level, precipitation intensity to 3 mm/min, dust to 1,0 g/m³ and wind speed to 20 m/sec.

Geophysical log-processing laboratory is equipped with special high-performance technology complex and is intended for geophysical service assistance, on the required scale of enterprises and organizations providing exploratory, prospecting and production drilling of oil-and-gas wells on the territory of Russia.

Reciprocating diaphragm-type compressor MK120-120/350


Diaphragm-type compressor (pc.3, 4) is intended for gas pressure build-up from 3,5 MPa (35 kgf/sm2) to 35 MPa (350 kgf/sm2)and is a machine of one-stage compression with two horizontal membrane racks and rocker type motion work. Main working node, in which gas compression takes place, is a membrane rack, acting as cylinder in compressor.

Membrane rack consists of retention and valve plates, between which membrane is constrained on the periphery, and stemware.

Internal surfaces of retention and valve plates have similar sag profiles, therefore between them closed cavity is formed. Membrane splits this cavity into two parts.

External part of cavity communicates through suction and pumping valves with the appropriate gas communications, and internal part of cavity through equally distributed opening in a plate distributive is connected with hydraulic cavity of stemware and fills with working fuel.

When spinning a crankshaft, spin motions with the help of spinning mechanism alters into pistonwise motion of crank rods, which, affecting on working fluid in membrane racks hydraulic cavities, cause membranes' oscillatory motion relative to their fixturing flatness. By this way, in gas cavities of membrane racks happen suction and pumping processes alternatively.

Tow bar 8at.9800.000 for helicopter of a type MI-8 



Helicopter towing Mi-8 is produced with the help of tow facility. Tow bar is intended for towing of helicopter Mi-8 aerodrome motor vehicle, on highways and dirt roads.

Electrohydraulic plant EGU-50/210 HYDRAULIC JACK 8AT-9907-00 for helicopter of type MI-8 


Hydraulic jacks 8AT-9907-00 are intended for ascending helicopter in disassembly and assembly of chassis shock absorber struts, their charge, helicopter rigging. They are also used for other operations, connected with helicopter ascending. Hydraulic jack consists of farm, hydro cylinder with tank, pump with handle and pipelines. Every hydraulic jack's set includes case for protecting it from precipitations and mechanical damages while storage.

SELF-PROPELLED PLATFORM PLANT SPO-15M


Self-propelled platform plant APA-15M is intended for transportation operators in the area with tools and materials within service zone, as well as for technical works, scheduled maintenance and shrouding of high-located parts of flying machines.
APA-15M provides carrying out the following operations:
  • rise and fall of two operators in cradles with tools and materials of weight up to 100 kg;
  • spin of turning part with cradles, left from transport position to 3500 angle.
